• Our company has registered for the SMS Sender Registration Scheme. All SMS messages we send to HK mobile number will display the “#” prefix.
• We do not send electronic messages (including SMS and emails) that contain hyperlinks directing you to log in to our website or mobile app.
• Even if an SMS displays the “#” prefix, stay vigilant and do not click any embedded links. If you accidentally open a link and are redirected to any website or mobile app, do not enter sensitive or confidential information, including your login credentials or one-time passwords (OTPs).
• Our company is listed in the register maintained by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). You may check this register or contact your licensed representative/client relationship manager directly to verify the sender’s identity or the authenticity of any SMS.

• 本公司已登記「短訊發送人登記制」。本公司發出的所有短訊將顯示「#」號開頭。
• 本公司不會發送含有超連結、並要求您登入本公司網站或流動應用程式的電子訊息（包括短訊及電郵）。
• 即使短訊顯示「#」號開頭，亦請保持警惕，切勿點擊任何內嵌連結。如不慎點擊並被引導至任何網站或流動應用程式，請切勿輸入任何敏感或機密個人資料，包括賬戶登入資料或一次性密碼（OTP）。
• 本公司已載列於通訊事務管理局辦公室（通訊辦）設立的登記冊。您可查閱該登記冊，或直接聯絡您的持牌代表／客戶經理，以核實發訊者身份或短訊的真確性。
